Emily has specialized in Skin Health & Aesthetics since 2015. She worked for a Plastic Surgeon for several years before opening her medical spa, Frost Aesthetics, in February of 2020. Emily holds multiple professional licenses allowing her to gain a unique skill set and the ability to take a comprehensive approach to skin health and aesthetic rejuvenation. She is proud to be a Sciton Luminary, Skinpen Ambassador, and ZO Skinhealth Expert, trained by Dr. Obagi himself. Emily specializes in tailoring holistic treatment plans through combining: medical grade skincare, facial & laser therapy, and injectable treatments. Elle holds a current license as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Olivet Nazarene University in Chicago. Her background is in Dermatology both in Arizona and California, Plastic Surgery, a licensed aesthetician in medical aesthetics, and injector over the last 15 years. Her entire career path has been focused on the skin, aesthetics across the human body, and medical injectables.
She views this industry as a way to preserve one’s natural beauty while aging in purpose and grace. Elle has such a reverence and respect for this industry she has found another way to add to it by being a medical director which she pours her heart, soul, and knowledge into, keeping safety first.
Elle has found her home at Frost Aesthetics and strives to make sure patient comfort, understanding, and results driven care is at the top of her list. She truly loves what she does and being a part of the foundations Frost Aesthetics stand on with their work model and ethics.

Nicole was born and raised in Arizona and earned her degree in Education with a minor in Mathematics from Arizona State University. She has always been passionate about learning and skincare, especially ZO Skin Health. Nicole began her journey at Frost Aesthetics four years ago as a Front Office Coordinator, where she demonstrated her dedication to patient care and personalized ZO Skin Health regimens. Now, as the Office Manager and a ZO Skin Health Expert, Nicole thrives on building patient connections and ensuring the best customer experience from the moment you walk through the door. She feels fortunate to work with such a wonderful team in an industry she absolutely loves.
Outside of managing the practice at Frost Aesthetics, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, being a sports mom on her days off, and, of course, indulging in some shopping!

Rachel Davis is a seasoned medical aesthetician and cosmetic laser technician at Frost Aesthetics. With a decade of experience, she is deeply committed to patient care.
Rachel studied at the Skin Science Institute of Laser and Aesthetics in Utah, where she completed 1,200 hours of training to earn her Master Esthetician license in both Arizona and Utah. She later pursued further accreditation as a licensed aesthetics instructor to share her passion for the field.
Rachel is driven by a commitment to continuous learning and is always seeking out new techniques and advancements in the aesthetic industry. Her dedication to Frost Aesthetics ensures that her patients receive the highest standard of care and the most advanced treatments available.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, particularly to beach destinations. Whether exploring new cultures or simply relaxing by the ocean, her adventures rejuvenate her spirit and enhance the quality of care she provides at Frost Aesthetics.
Rachel has been a vital part of Frost Aesthetics since 2020. She began her journey as Emily’s personal clinical assistant, spending three years shadowing and learning as much as possible while completing nursing school. Rachel graduated in April 2023 and has since developed a passion for regenerative treatments like PRP hair restoration, PRP under-eye rejuvenation, Sculptra Aesthetic, lasers, and custom SkinPen microneedling treatments.
Rachel is also an expert in neuromodulators (Dysport, Botox, Jeuveau) and lip fillers, priding herself on achieving natural-looking results. As a clinical educator for Sciton, she has dedicated countless hours to educating herself and others on lasers and BBL. Whether you’re new to lasers, injectables, or aesthetic treatments, Rachel will ensure you feel safe and well-cared for at Frost Aesthetics.
Larissa has been a board-certified nurse for seven years and is a fourth-year aesthetic nurse injector and certified ZO Skin Health expert.
She graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University as a Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society member and SNA board member with recognition for community service outreach. She then spent three years at a Level 1 Trauma Center as a trauma PCU nurse specializing in cardiology, neurology, and post-surgical interdisciplinary team and patient care. During this time, she began her extensive training in aesthetic medical injectables and skin health in Scottsdale under the mentorship of a plastic trauma surgeon and elite registered aesthetic nurses, where she spent two years specializing and obtaining multiple certifications before joining her team at Frost Aesthetics in 2022.
Since then, she has received and completed more licensures and certifications, developing a specialization in holistic and comprehensive approaches to natural-looking outcomes alongside her team in Mesa. Her injection mastery lies in full-face balancing, rejuvenation, skin health, and correction for enhanced facial equilibrium with natural results.
Larissa is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through integral treatment plans that address all aspects of aging for a balanced and aesthetically beautiful outcome tailored to each individual and their unique anatomy. She is committed to education, knowledge, safety, and a multifocal approach to aesthetics, and she is an ongoing participant in training and medical aesthetic literature.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan, sweet daughter Zylie, and fur baby Trixie. Together, they love to go on long walks, cook, watch movies, and chase sunsets. A fun fact about Larissa is that she was born in Brazil and has known she wanted to be a nurse since she was 11 years old! She also spent five years coaching lacrosse, leading a program of young women to achieve the highest number of state championships in Arizona. Lastly, she is passionate about advocating for the Down Syndrome community and looks forward to the days spent in the treatment room with her patients.
